Clay Building Weeks

For those particularly interested in working with purely natural, organic and traditional building materials, Open Houses Network organise special building weeks.
The focus lays on working with clay. A highlight from a technical point of view has been the work achieved in the building weeks in the Chapel of Reconciliation in Berlin, the first public building in recent years to be built using the stamp clay technique.
This year the Clay Building Weeks take place at Lohra Castle. Participants will learn and use different clay building and clay plastering techniques with a professional teacher.
